I have seen many Make-up Gurus rave about the benefit eyebright, both as an under-eye brightener and as a highlighter for the brow-bone and inner corners. I have tried this product and found it to brighten up my face on even the dullest of days after the craziest of nights. However, while vulturing around Boots for new products I came across the Soap ‘n’ Glory section.
Having heard great things about their skincare I decided to have a nose around the products when I came across this beauty: Soap ‘n’ Glory “Arch de Triump”
This is one of my go-to make-up products, a make-up artist tool I simply cannot live without! It perfectly defines my brow bone, highlights my inner tear-duct like nobody’s business and worn beneath my under-eye concealer takes those nasty tell-tale bags away effortlessly. The brow pencil or “brow shaper” is a nice complimentary product. The shade itself is on the lighter side, but has nice payoff and is perfect for those days when you don’t want to spend time sculpting femme fatale eyebrows.
Although it is a double ended product and therefore less product than the eyebright, it lasts longer than expected. Not much product is needed to achieve the desired effect so it's not one of those products where you pay for the packaging rather than the make-up itself. I've had mine for over two years and there is still half the brightener left! And yes, I realize I overused the term product in that little paragraph but it's late and a clever synonym fails me.
At a fraction of the price of the benefit eyebright, it is certainly worth the purchase and promises to make any eyelook seem more professional and structured. A big thumbs up from me and a recommendation from a pro!
Happy sculpting,
